Tracking Satellite Dish

I am converting a KingDome portable satellite TV antenna into a computer controlled two axis satellite tracking antenna. This allows me to automatically track satellite orbits across the sky and monitor their radio transmissions. I should be able to download data such as weather satellite imagery. The is probably only large enough for, at most S-Band reception so, unfortunately it will not help me with VHF or UHF HAM space station repeaters.

Currently the two driving stepper motors are controlled by a BigTreeTech SKRPico 3D printer controller. It provides a convenient package including a microcontroller, limit switch interfaces and stepper controllers.

The project is still in development, I will release all of my code and design files once I finish.
